Rough ASCII rates
Message:

One of my reporter's asked me to get out some rough ASCII's for him.  I did it for him three times. I didn't get paid for them because neither of us could figure out a rate.  As I'm making up my revised rates for the New Year, I'd like to include a rate for a rough ASCII, which is created same day. I'd appreciate any feedback.
