I'm on CaseCatalyst version 4.19 (I know, really old). Sometimes lately when one of my reporters sends me a depo file, when I try to open it, I get the Exception 3 error box, and then I cannot open the file, and it closes me out of Case Catalyst altogether. She's recently updated her version of Case Cat, but not sure what version that is. I'm assuming the latest one. Could that be a problem because my version is so old? It's not every file that I get this problem, however.
