Hate when that happens!!  Are you ever able to open those files and scope them?

I have Case also.  I looked in Help, typed "exception 3 errors" in the index and got some information about it there.  It didn't help me one bit, but maybe you'll get something out of it. :)

If Help in your version of Case doesn't have that and you want to read what it says, if you'll e-mail me (pmporter @ att.net) I'll copy and paste it into an e-mail and send it to you.  Hopefully there's nothing illegal about that.
