Recent Grads--Please Respond

Hello,
I am in the process of choosing a scoping school and would like recent grads to respond regarding which course they took, strengths & weaknesses, etc.  Have you been successful in securing reporters?  Any general advice appreciated!  I  can't afford to make a costly mistake and while I feel education is never a waste, I need to complete a course and become employed ASAP.  I have medical transcription training as background.
