I am in Northern CA and am interested in doing scopist work. I have extensive legal and medical background. The last steno system I used was in the 90's and it was Cheetah. My question today would be what equipment I would need to beging a career in scoping and what system seems to be the most used by the reporters. Can anyone help me with this start-up question? Thanks very much, Susan |

Hi,
I would say that the majority of court reporters are using either Eclipse or Case
CATalyst. Some are using DigitalCAT to keep costs down. D. Roberts |
